It never really fazed me how hard it would be to find the perfect rental house for Kyle and myself. You just think, hey, I'll just get on KSL and look at all the places up for rent right now, and we'll be able to get the one we choose! False. Sometimes, you think one looks really good on the pictures, but once you look at it in real life, it looks a lot different. There might be water problems, problems with the walls, problems with where the washer and dryer go, or you are the owner's second choice, you name it! All of the above is what we have experienced. But we are definitely not discouraged! We are keeping our heads up high, and waiting for the perfect home for us to come along! The goal is to be in our own place for our first Christmas together. I am confident that we will be able to find a great place for us to be! We have been fortunate enough to have family that support us and let us bunker down in a spare bedroom. But there's just something about being on your own. Life may get hard sometimes, but Heavenly Father has a plan for us. Everything happens for a reason, and will help you for the better!
